Physical Appearance: Jillian Agrona is a beautiful and intimidating woman. She is average in height, but almost always wears heels to build herself up taller. She has a nice figure and an ample bust which she considers a burden. Do not let her catch you staring. She gets all the exercise she needs running around all day in heels, but she still works out a minimum of three times a week. She lifts weights and should not be underestimated even by her powerful and gifted students. She is very fit. She has refined facial features most notably her high cheekbones. Her nose is small and slighted pointed. She has alluring brown eyes and dark, perfectly arched brows. Her eyebrows are a pain to maintain and her body hair requires frequent trips to the spa to be removed. Jill is secretly very strict about having this regular procedure, but no one has ever actually seen her in a salon. Her hair is black and naturally wavy. She kept it long most of her life, but recently she has contemplated cutting it all off into a short, stylish bob. She most often wears it pinned back regardless of the length.
Her entire wardrobe is elegant, but very conservative. It is also rather expensive. She always dresses very professionally even when she is not on school property. She prefers pantsuits and pencil skirts to anything else. It is unclear whether or not she actually owns a pair of jeans or a single tee shirt. She has never been seen looking anything but her best even when the fire drill goes off at three A.M. She keeps her nails neatly manicured and she wears natural looking make up that enhances her features and hides her age. She has excellent personal hygiene and is very particular about her staff and students having good habits as well. Do not let this woman catch you without deodorant on after gym class or looking as if you have no showered in a few days. She will throw you in the water and scrub you down herself. She is a dangerous mixture between a mother and a dictator. Do not mess with her morning routine, her rules on personal hygiene, or her beauty sleep.

Personality Description: Jillian is an extremely focused individual. She is very intelligent and intensely driven. Nothing or no one stops her from reaching a goal. She is hard working and has to be in charge or else she goes crazy. She is all about planning and hates when things don't go her way, but she thrives in chaos because she always has a back up plan. She is very set in her ways and once she makes a decision it is almost impossible to get her to change her mind. Jill is also a neat freak. Her apartment is spotless and she hates people who are sloppy or lazy. She does not tolerate disorganization or excuses. She is obstinate and talks more than she listens. She is fiercely competitive and domineering. She has a tendency to get too wrapped up in her work, but she rarely loses sight of the bigger picture or ultimate goal. As a boss she is demanding, but fair. She expects willingness and total cooperation, but she is generous and rewards well for hard work and loyalty. She encourages ingenuity and creativity as long as her rules are still followed. She does not make friends with her staff members. She considers herself their superior, their boss, and her relationship with each of them is strictly professional. No exceptions.
The same goes for all the students. She has high expectations and requires one hundred percent effort, but she is encouraging and helpful. She makes sure the students have every tool they need to succeed and she teaches them how to use those tools properly. Either that or she hires teachers to do that particular job. She is good at pushing people harder and making them proud of their good results. She always recognizes people for their accomplishments. She is also known for handing out punishment. She comes down hard on delinquents and has zero tolerance for rule breakers, slackers, or bullies. She is strict and unforgiving. Once an error is made, you lose her trust. It can be built up again, but it takes a very long time. The qualities that landed Ms. Agrona in the "Big Office" are the ones that make her a confident and capable leader. She is intelligent, bold, and very determined. She does not take no for an answer and she never stops trying. She is organized and well prepared. She always has another plan if the first one fails and she always seems to have the right answer. Her flaws extend to both her position as headmistress and her overall personality. She takes everything very seriously. Jillian is very aggressive and quick to hand out punishments for even the smallest crimes. She does not take criticism or even small suggestions well and she is very controlling. She can be a little too intense.

- Reputation at Pantheon Academy. She is in good standing with the most important people at the school. Her first couple of years at the school she taught English until she was promoted to important administrative duties. While she has never met the Historian, she has received direct correspondence from him on more than one occasion.
- Knowledge of the inner workings of the school. She worked for several years on a team who had the job of locating prospective students and maintaining all the confidential staff/student files. She has extensive knowledge concerning the school, the staff, and the students. She is familiar with all the rules and regulations. She helped create some of the protocol and her familiarity with the law makes her very capable of enforcing the rules.
- Her personality is well suited to the job. She is hard working, focused, and driven. She is professional and very serious about her work. After all these years she has not gotten burned out.

History:
The story of Jillian Agrona begins in a quiet little neighborhood where nothing ever really happens located just outside of Annapolis, Maryland. She lived in a quaint little house complete with a white picket fence. Her brother and two sisters all got married and stayed around the place where they grew up while Jillian could not wait to get away. From the time she was a little girl, Jill dreamed of moving to a big city and living in a fancy apartment there until she became rich and bought her own mansion. She was a straight A student in high school. She was president of her class all four years of high school and student body president her senior year. She was captain of the women's lacrosse team, the basketball team, and the softball team. She was also valedictorian and voted "Most Likely to Become President." Her extensive resume got her a full ride to a big university where she started to studying to become a lawyer. She hit a bump in the road her sophomore year when a one night stand got her pregnant. Although she gave the child up for adoption, a beautiful baby girl, Jillian still moved home to finish college. Instead of continuing to study law, Jillian began pursuing an education career path. Her interest was handling education in politics and it stemmed from a desire to change the way sex education was being taught in public schools. She wanted to focus more on protection than abstinence. Ultimately she wanted to be the one at the very top making all the rules and no one ever doubted that she could do it. Her life was not easy though even after returning home. She remained at odds with her family after giving her baby up for adoption. Her mother could not forgive Jillian for doing that and the rest of the family followed her example. Even Jillian's favorite sister stopped inviting her over for Sunday dinner or even answering her phone calls. Jillian grew so distant from her family that is spurred her to do the unthinkable. After graduating college and teaching for a few years at a private school in Maryland, Jillian quit her job and began traveling across the world teaching English in third world countries.
It was on one of these adventures that she first encountered Pantheon Academy. She was teaching in Thailand and Pantheon came to pick up one of her students. He was a powerful reincarnate with the potential to wreak havoc. By the time PA arrived, Jillian had discovered that her young student had special abilities and she refused to let the boy travel halfway across the world alone. She had grown attached to him and she coerced the school into letting her go with the boy. The school agreed mostly because she knew too much. They also recognized that she was stubborn and she had a big mouth. They gave her a job as a lowly English teacher because they needed to keep an eye on her and the school was severely understaffed at the time. The school had little choice in the matter. She had knowledge that everyone wanted to remain a secret and they needed teachers anyway. She worked as a high school teacher for several years and in that short time period the school realized that while she was not a reincarnate, Jillian did possess certain talents that would make her a valuable asset to the school. She progressed through the ranks until she was working closely with the Historian and assisting him in tracking down prospective students. She was also responsible for maintaining all the highly confidential files containing information about every staff member and student at the school. She became a trusted member of the Pantheon team. Although she never met the Historian, she became important enough that occasionally she would receive direct correspondence from the elusive director of Pantheon Academy and this gave her some merit. Jillian started showing an interest in the headmistress position after tragedy struck her life. The boy she had come halfway across the world with was killed in a training accident on campus. There was no one to blame for his death because his own powers backfired on him, but Jillian felt very strongly that the loss of life could have been prevented. She began rallying for better organization and she also proposed new legislature. Finally she approached the Historian through a long, detailed letter requesting that she be allowed to take over the position of Pantheon headmistress.
