While some liked the idea of coexistence in 1685 the start of the burning times swept the globe, It was a time of horror in which only a few who kept the silence survived by fleeing…. Fleeing to the promise of a better life. Names like Danvers, Parry, Garwin and Simms have floated around since the beginning with the fall of one John Putnam in 1692 for abuse of powers upon the widow known as Goody Pope. Over the years these remaining four made a life for themselves passing on a legacy few know of to the eldest son and for years they and their descendants thought they were the only ones, they were wrong.
“If we don’t figure this out soon these kids are not going to make it”
“Why us Jim why our girl, it was supposed to protect us?!”
That same year as the men known as the sons of Ipswich ran into hiding from the prosecution five separate covenants were made all in equal number with the sons. Gods names like Hecate, Diana Astarte passed the lips of mother to daughter all meant to give the same protection all meant to give the world balance and guard the unseen veil and for a while it worked.
”The court hear by grants custody to the father in this case”
“What no Grandpa don’t let him take us?! I have to stay I have to stay the girls….
“It will be alright I’ll fix this”
One by one the covens started to dwindle down to one the power they all could wield beginning to back fire sending each one in to convulsions, sickness, coma’s or even death ending family lines like they were nothing at all. It was not long before the names Aniwaya, Delvin, Tice, White and Withers joined those of the sons whispered in Ipswich each the only one to survive of their covenant.
”I am the last one who is going to have my back now?”
“No your wrong your not did you not hear there are five others from all over the states like you all now residing in Ispwich”
But even together the girls could not escape what had happened to their former covenants each feeling the same effects as their fallen sisters the more they used. But they were not alone the Son’s of Ipswich now beginning to feel the same effects trying desperately to figure this out not knowing of the other powers in town.
“I say we ban together, we still have a job to do each of us”
“What about the illness Cora?”
“We push though it, I got your back”
They were all there for a reason and as the supernatural factor in Ipswich rises will the girls find out about the boys and what of the things that are going bump in the night… will it cause the veil to break? Wishbringer - Check it out!
