Full Name: Hayden Richard Tenfather Underweld II
Significance of Name:
- Hayden – This name is obviously a play on the name Hades, they are phonetically similar except for the last sound. That’s why it is adamant to pronounce the “H” sound.
- Richard – Hades was known as the God of Wealth because the precious stones and metal were believed to have come from the Underworld or below the earth. Hence the first part which simply pertains to him being Rich. The Romans also called Hades, The Rich One. The name Richard also means powerful ruler. Hades in his own right was the powerful ruler of his Underworld domain.
- Tenfather – One of the Roman names for Hades was Dis Pater. Dis is contracted from the Latin dis (from dives meaning "rich"), and pater ("father"), the literal meaning of Dis Pater being "Wealthy Father" or "Father of Riches". The Spanish word for ten is dies, and it is once again phonetically similar to Dis. Putting them together Dis Pater, somehow translates to Tenfather.
- Underweld – It’s so obvious, I wanna punch you in the face if you don’t get it.
- II- Hades was the second son among the three sons of Cronus

Physical Appearance:
Hayden is alluringly handsome, as opposed to the masculine and heroic type handsome, or the excessively pretty type handsome that most women get attracted to immediately. His beauty carries with it a mystique, and a confusing attraction that can be compared to how people can’t help but look into the darkness, despite the inherent feelings warning them to look away. People get attracted to him, much like they do the prospect of death (not that his appearance reminds people of death). He gives a whole new meaning to being Tall, Dark and Handsome.
His physical attributes are unique. The shape of his face is relatively square and proportional but there are no sharp edges about him. His hair is jet-black and relatively wavy except at the end where they tend to curl. Most of the time, Hayden’s hair is unruly, but it sets itself perfectly to suit his face. He has strong eyebrows, but they’re not overly thick. It is mostly because they are sharply angled and are as dark a black as his hair his, making them seem very prominent. His brows are almost perpetually furrowed and therefore hood his eyes. Hayden’s eyes are one of his more unique qualities as well. His eyes are pools of darkest ink and seem to pierce while at the same time draw you in, whenever you look into them. They seem like polished onyx stones, and are very smoky with thick eye lashes. Hayden is almost perpetually seen squinting them, giving him a feel of grave intensity. Hayden is not known to be a smiler, usually his face remains blank and when he finds something amusing he won’t go far enough to show his teeth. When smiling out of contempt or when he views something as humorous Only one side of his mouth quirks into a semblance of a smile, as if the other half is too stubborn to follow suit. This is usually accompanied by a slight sniff or snort. However, there are jewel moments when Hayden does smile, and he has been told that his smile was to die for.
Hayden’s has a milky white pallor for his skin tone, mainly because he avoids the sun whenever he can. He feels relaxed in the state of darkness and will really keep the curtains closed forever unless somebody opens them for him. Compared to Hayden’s two best friends he is actually the smallest. However, he is not slight of build, although not overly muscular as well…he is toned enough to satisfy what society would deem as attractive, with biceps and abdominal muscles. He stands at a good average height for a boy his age, perhaps even slightly taller than most.
As for clothing, Hayden has a very prim and proper sense of style. Hayden is very aligned into wearing polo shirts, and casual leather shoes. He also has a penchant for blazers and other coats. Hayden doesn’t flaunt his wealth, but neither does he try and dress down for the sake of others. He simply wears what he can afford to wear (which means everything) There is nothing unbranded in Hayden’s closet, right down to his underwear. Hayden prefers solid colors, not necessarily dark as he wears white and gray often. He doesn’t wear prints if he can avoid them though, nor does he wear warm colors and especially not yellow. Whenever he wears red, it usually is in a very dark hue. Hayden also always has a number of jewels about his person, be they rings, cuffs or watches.
LET'S GET TO KNOW YOU BETTER ' '
Personality Description:
Rather detached and with a brush-away view of the world, Hayden is a person entirely shrouded by his own alluring mystique. He is rather passive with everything, choosing to let things be rather than get involved. His passiveness almost always gets misunderstood as arrogance. He is very much the type who’ll just turn around and walk away from a confrontation…this may seem rude and often gets him into the fight that he was trying to avoid in the first place. Unfortunately, Hayden is a slight bit socially retarded and it wouldn’t have occurred to him in the first place that the event would play out that way. The same goes for people who try to insult him, he usually ends up infuriating everybody because he simply does not respond and merely tolerates them whatever they say or do. Hayden often wonders about this himself and makes comments such as “Doesn’t me walking away mean that you win?” Even the way he speaks mostly shows his distant personality. His tone of voice is usually sleepy or dreamy as if he’s not fully in the conversation.
Hayden is not friendly at all, he’s not antagonistic to anybody…nor does he make enemies or hate anybody (mainly because he views it as too much work). But he is incredibly socially retarded, he has a good read of people, knowing how they’ll act in terms of movement or business, but he has next to zero knowledge on how to interact with them. Hayden also suffers from Asperger Syndrome, which is characterized by by significant difficulties in social interaction, along with restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior and interests. He has trouble recognizing facial expressions and matching them with emotions, an example is when he draws people, they are usually expressionless as Hayden doesn't know what a happy or sad expression looks like. He usually prefers keeping away, and actually doesn’t want to make many friends at all. Because of his social retardation, he can at times be tactless, and insensitive with people…unintentionally causing them harm.
Hayden can also be quite slothful, as his passiveness becomes convoluted in certain aspect. Whenever Hayden deems something as unnecessary, he’ll simply not do it despite what other people think or need. He’s also prone to just dropping whatever he’s doing when he finds it too troubling and not leveled-off by its importance. He also doesn’t like explaining his actions, and usually assumes that people can follow the same twisted logic he follows. It may also seem at times that Hayden is slow, but he is actually very intelligent he just chooses not to show it, since being intelligent puts him in a position where he needs to work hard. He is very prone to making comments about it, such as “So Bothersome…” Often times Hayden can be found asleep in the most awkward of places. Hayden enjoys his sleep, because in that state he doesn’t have to consciously look out for the Hades entity, and he finds himself least burdened in this state.
Contrary to popular belief, Hayden actually has a sense of humor. However, he has a sinister, mock-playful humor, evident in the way he scares and intimidates people, to make them leave him alone. This is similar to the mythological Hades, who often gave out ironic punishments to particularly unfortunate souls. People also often mistake Hayden to be emotionless, to which he replies “Irritation is an emotion” He can feel things, and he’s not made from stone, but he does have the tendency to be stoic.
He does not keep his wealth as a secret; he enjoys the luxurious things in life. He does not do this for the attention, although to his dismay it comes anyway. It is just a natural tendency for him to enjoy things which sparkle or shine…or as he likes to say “Breaks the Darkness”. He also tends to have an incredibly soft-spot for his pet Rottweiler named Kirby. In fact, he usually presents more emotions to Kirby than he does to other human beings.
Hayden is very altruistic; he tries to always set things in balance. He is also uncharacteristically selfless. The main example of this is how he deals with his faulty reincarnation. He stays away from people because he knows just how dangerous he can be especially with the Hades entity combating for control every chance he gets. He chooses to keep away from people due to this. This makes him benign, terrible as he may seem to be superficially.
However, Hayden is still very subject to his emotions like everybody else. He is, however, quick to anger if someone crosses him or his family. This usually occurs when he realizes he’s been cheated or when his direct orders have been undermined. His wrath is terrible and cruel, but never misplaced.

Goal: To lose his powers, and all the burdens that come with it
Power/Ability:
Necromancy- Hades was the Lord of the Underworld, and had dominion over it's denizens, the dead. His necromantic powers were very potent, as are Hayden's. He can raise the dead, pull souls of others, chain souls to an area, chain souls to bodies to prevent death, and orchestrate haunting. He can also pull out his own soul and use it similar to astral projection, or give his own soul solidity so that he can utilize limbs when they were otherwise physically hindered (eg. Punching people when his hands are tied). He can also make use of poltergeists as a means of telekinesis, or force them to possess other people. Hayden can also kill things at will, which he usually channels through breathing, or touching but can actually perform from afar. Hayden has a very precise control over this ability and can kill individual cells. Hayden’s necromancy also works in tandem with his Dimensional Transportation because the Underworld is classified as a sort of “dead-world” which he can control. Hayden can call on wraiths and other creatures of his domain, and his necromancy allows him full control over them. As a form of magic, he can manipulate the very essence of spirits for a variety of purposes. Such purposes include feats of energy construction. Hayden’s power manifests itself in an eerie green light.
Invisibility- Hades possessed the magical helm that made him completely undetectable. Hayden reacquired that ability, his invisibility is so potent that even through infrared or any other scientific means, and he cannot be detected. He becomes completely invisible and is only detectable through sound or magical processes. Hayden doesn’t bend light around him, it’s more magical in nature and he simply disappears from delectability. When Hayden is touching anything or anyone, he can extend his invisibility to them for so long as physical contact is maintained. The more surface area an object or a person has, the more difficult it is for Hayden to keep them invisible. Hayden often compares this ability as draping a sheet over things.
Earth Manipulation- Hades also held dominion over the treasures of the earth. He has abilities that allow him to control earth and soil. Hayden can easily move around the earth’s surface eg. Dirt and stones but his power level is only of median strength, not up to par with earth gods. However, he has a more deft control on crystals, metals and everything else you find buried deep within the ground. He can also influence oil which is a product of the earth, or collect individual carbon particles in the air to seemingly craft crystals from nowhere. He can also control the shape of any earthly treasures, even making metals and crystals flow in a very liquid like manner, but it immediately hardens and retains its shape when he retracts his influence over it. One of the more advanced aspects of Hayden’s ability is to change one gemstone into another. He can also perform seeming feats of magnetism manipulation, but he does nothing that involves magnetic fields, he controls the very metals themselves.
Dimensional Transportation- Hades was the Lord of the Underworld, and he could open rifts in the ground to rise up from his kingdom. Hayden can open the same rifts, but the Underworld is now an alternate dimension, from which he can pull things out and send things in. Hayden can also use the point between the Underworld and the Real World as tunnels, so that he can traverse large distances in short amounts of time. The Underworld is actually a vast expanse of barren earth where nothing can grow, looking up is just complete darkness with the occasional stalactite peaking out as if from a black sea. All the areas of the mythological underworld are present such as the River Styx, and Erebus and the Elysian Fields. For Hayden to be able to resurrect someone who was truly dead (soul and body separate) he would need to venture into his world and retrieve the soul. The Hades Entity resides within this dimension and so does all the denizens who haven’t been reincarnated yet.
WELCOME TO MY LIFE ' '
Place of Origin:Gloucester, England
History:
Hayden was born at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London, England on October 24, 1993. His father, Richard Underweld was a self-made man who became the owner of the largest mining company in the world, while his mother, Sylvia Tenfather, was the Duchess of Gloucester from the House of Tenfather and was actually the 10th person in line for the British throne. It seemed like the perfect match to make the happiest child in the world.
However, before Hayden was born, it was already a fairly racked in controversy in the Tenfather estate. Sylvia and Richard met each other during Sylvia’s preparatory school days. Richard was a young and savvy upstart from Durham, who was investing with a partner of his late father. ..who dealt with jewelry. He was ready to give up the business for Sylvia, but then Sylvia’s father had to step in…even though it wasn’t illegal for a noblewoman to marry a commoner; The Duke of Gloucester wanted his daughter to marry within the noble lineage. Richard made a vow that he’d marry Sylvia one day. And so he worked hard, continuing the partnership that his father left him. Making enough money he bought shares in a small land holding, and it was a stroke of luck that the patch of land was actually an uncovered diamond mine. The money began pouring in, and Richard being the genius business man that he was, began to buy off his partners until he owned the entire patch of land on his own. He started his mining company and over the course of five years, it bloomed extending towards Africa and even to the oil reserves in the Middle East. Finally, on Sylvia’s birthday a gigantic turn over on the stock market officially made Richard the owner of the largest multi-national mining company in the world. He went back to ask for Sylvia’s hand in marriage, despite being a multi-billionaire the Duke of Gloucester still wanted Sylvia to marry someone of nobility. The Queen herself, heard of this dilemma, and decided to have Richard knighted for his services to the crown (He was a philanthropist). And so they were allowed to marry, and their first son was Hayden. There were complications during Sylvia’s birth, the doctors didn’t understand but the cells around her womb had suddenly began to just shut off one by one…meaning that she could no longer bear any children after Hayden.
Richard and Sylvia were just thankful that they could have at least one child, and they loved Hayden very much. When Hayden was two years old, his grandfather died of unknown causes but the doctor’s dismissed it as old age. That made Lady Sylvia the new Duchess of Gloucester and Head of the Tenfather House. As Hayden was growing up, it had to be admitted that he was different from other children. He wasn’t very social. But even as a baby, Hayden’s temperament was very melancholic. He did well in school and the doctors couldn’t find anything wrong with him…but he was really a very anti-social child.
He wasn’t sociopathic, and when made to deal with other nobles or his father’s business partners he could prove himself quite charming enough. That was what made him such a topic among the courts of England, because who could resist the darkly beautiful young boy and soon to be one of the most eligible bachelors in the world. But for Hayden, this was really more of a façade. He was virtually friendless, and he simply just could not be rude to his parent’s friends and colleagues.
His relationships with his peers were very varied. Because of his family’s prestige, both as nobles and of the wealthy, he was treated with respect. But it was undeniable that a lot of children did find him and his distance strange. Unbeknownst to everyone however, Hayden was already dealing with a terrible dilemma of his own.
His godly powers also manifested at an extremely young age. It began with him being able to hear the voices of the dead, and then it soon evolved to him being able to see them. He would naturally tell his nannies about the things he would see but it was immediately dismissed as a common case for a child’s creative mind to form imaginary friends, especially in Hayden’s case where he was still virtually friendless. At first Hayden was afraid, as was the natural tendency for any child…but he began to become intrigued. And slowly he realized that he was able to read the history of the souls, feel what they felt during the final moments of their lives and compel the spirits to do his bidding. This made him even more of a recluse than he already was. As soon as he could, he convinced his parents that he was no longer in need of any nanny or butler to escort him around. He was six at this time.
Hayden’s mother began to worry, but his father merely said that Hayden was a good boy, brilliant and unceasing with his work…the fact that he had no friends was just a phase and he would soon graduate from it once his hormones kick-in. Hayden’s mother accepted it with a heavy heart and allowed her son to be. Hayden began learning his powers in leaps, as if it was instinct.
Another major event in Hayden’s life was when he was seven, and a puppy had wandered into his room. At this time Hayden already could sense a spirit from a physical being…and he knew that the puppy was soul. He followed it around their estate until it led him to its body. It turns out that one of their guard dogs was pregnant…but in a bizarre twist the mother had chosen to kill one of her pups. Hayden felt sorry for the unlucky one, and so he made the puppy’s soul attempt to reenter into its body. However, the physical shell was mutilated and couldn’t sustain a mortal soul. Hayden didn’t exactly know what he was doing, but it was one of those moments when he just knew something out of nowhere. Reaching deep within the source of his power, he opened the gate into the Underworld and took hold of one of the most powerful entities residing inside it. The Three-Headed dog Cerberus…he fused the puppy’s soul with it, before placing it back into the body. The magical energies worked themselves, with the soul of Cerberus now inside the puppy it also gained its regenerative powers. All the wounds knit themselves back together and within seconds the once dead puppy was standing up and licking Hayden’s face affectionately. The pup became Hayden’s lifelong companion and only friend. This calmed down Hayden’s mom a little, because she saw that it was possible for her son to have friend, if ever it needed to start with a dog.
A few months later, when Hayden’s powers began to become even more potent, also came the emergence of the Hades entity. It started small, voices and thoughts that didn’t come from Hayden or ghosts…nightmares that woke him up during the night and sensations as if he was sharing his mind with somebody. He noticed how they seemed to be stronger whenever he used his abilities, but it was the event at the zoo where Hayden first realized the danger.
His school was on a field trip to the zoo, and Hayden had always had an effect on animals…whenever he felt that strange sensation was particularly powerful, the animals seemed to think so as well. They would often react to him as if he were a natural disaster. That day was the worst yet in Hayden’s young memory. The sensations were so strong, he could hear underlying whispers everywhere, and the eyes at the back of his head felt like they were drilling into his skull. He was beginning to break out in a cold sweat. The animals in the zoo were going crazy and the handlers told everybody to leave to avoid accidents. Hayden’s teacher noticed his demeanor and asked if he was okay, that was when one of the gorillas went completely ballistic and smashed its way out of the glass and lumbered towards Hayden.
Hayden was carrying Kirby inside his jacket, and the tiny puppy tried to defend. But the gigantic ape, just swiped Kirby away like he was nothing. The sight of his pet sprawled on the ground like that caused something inside Hayden to snap, and he reached for his powers, but this time around somebody else reached for it before him. Wraiths materialized out of nowhere and began destroying the gorilla in front of Hayden. The beast’s blood pooling at his feet, but that wasn’t all…everybody within a mile radius experienced their souls ripped out of their bodies. Hayden didn’t know what to do he couldn’t control his powers, he was like a medium and channel but he wasn’t doing anything. Somehow, he managed to close him off from his abilities…just shut himself off. The wraiths disappeared, and thankfully the link between body and soul wasn’t severed and everybody managed to return to consciousness…virtually unharmed albeit extremely nauseous. The news hit the tabloid, of course…nobody managed to connect the events with each other and it was just marked as a freak occurrence. There were small riots and chaos theories running around for a while, but those died down as soon as no more strangeness happened.
Not for Hayden though, that began his true mission to keep everybody away. Even to his parents he tried to remain as distant as possible. His teacher was right beside him when the torrential gale of necromancy happened…so she was affected more so than most and wasn’t able to wake up since the bond of her soul and her body had been sundered. Hayden didn’t want anything like that to happen again.
Unfortunately (Or perhaps fortunately) for Hayden, this proved to be more difficult than he anticipated because two year later. Another individual came into his life…the steward of the house had long been a bitter man who supposedly had some qualms about his wife. All that culminated when he finally gained partial custody of his daughter Farren. As was customary among the Tenfathers, servants and their families could live inside the estate, and would receive their pensions for children and for the elderly. Hayden had a special place in the grounds; it was under a pomegranate tree. Nobody usually went there, so he could enjoy his being alone (except with Kirby of course). But one time he arrived at his place there was somebody there.
He recognized her as Ansal’s daughter…the one who was living in the estate now. She tried to make friends, and Hayden attempted to drive her away with his coldness…something that he had down to an art at this point. Strangely enough, it didn’t work and she only left when she was called back. Later on, he would find out that she wasn’t to stay with them the entire year. There was this half and half thing worked out between Ansal and Farren’s mother…that Hayden usually wouldn’t have cared about, but for some reason since it involved her, he was intrigued. His mother noticed his interest in the topic, and was giddy as she asked him why he wanted to know, and whether it was because he liked Farren. Hayden immediately dismissed it, fearing another one of his mother’s attempts to get him to socialize more.
She did come back every fall, and even though Hayden would never admit it to himself…he was relieved. There was the time when his mother’s cousins had visited, and for sport they hunted foxes. Hayden wasn’t much of a hunter, especially since he hated the sun…but these were one of those unavoidable events he had to take part off. Hayden was ten by now, and still not allowed to carry a gun…not that he would have wanted to use it anyway. The hunting party set off, and delicate as she was Lady Sylvia was an amazing shot. The chase involved routing the foxes out of their dens before taking the shot. Dogs had been outlawed in the hunt, but Kirby was always at Hayden’s side. When his mother took the shot, Hayden immediately felt his death sense point an arrow straight at the foxes. Naturally he couldn’t announce this to everyone, so he went under the guise of Kirby being able to sniff out the prey.
Hayden reached the enclave of the forest, just in time to see Farren kneeling beside a fox. Hayden couldn’t explain what he saw next, but her laying her hands over the dying creature, she simply wiped away the death…and there was nothing more for him to sense. He just turned his horse and returned to the party, telling them the foxes had gotten away and the shot had just been a graze. He couldn’t understand what happened, and just supposed that it was something that involved him…something he couldn’t understand.
The days past and finally they crossed paths again, with her walking up to him just like before. She gave no inkling as to what could have happened …but then again Hayden was never a good read of emotions. Before their conversation could go any further, Ansal appeared and apologized to him before taking her away. Hayden thought that was the end of that…but apparently his mother decided to act again of her own volition, and sort of made Farren a hired playmate for him. She became a constant presence in his life…he had no idea why she always stuck around. He honestly didn’t think he gave her any reason to…but there she was, and she even managed to drag out a few smiles from him. She was also the one who told him that his smile was something a girl would die for. Her intention was probably to get him to want to smile more, but he often tried to combat his smiles…just to prove to himself that she wasn’t affecting him.
When Christmas came, Farren decided to give him a present. She presented him with the mint plant. He looked at it seemingly with disinterest, but in actuality he was pondering why. She seemed to be hurt, but Hayden wasn’t sure being unable to tell and before he could say anything she left. But he did keep the mint plant and placed it in his room beside his bed. The day before she would leave, she kissed him out of nowhere and Hayden immediately froze up…he had no idea what to do. In her kiss he felt a glow of warmth, he didn’t know what it was but somehow it seemed to suppress the entity inside of him a little.
When he turned fifteen, a school approached his parents about their program for children with special gifts. For two years, Hayden had already been attending Eton College, and it was planned for him to continue until he would move to Warton for his business course. Hayden decided to speak with the representative- Mr. Priestly. And in their one on one session, Mr. Priestly told him of them knowing of his powers, and knowing of his problems with the entity. They were the only school who could help him deal with what he needed to deal with. Hayden decided that it was the best choice, and convinced his parents himself that Pantheon Academy was indeed the best choice for him. They allowed him to go, and he’s been at Pantheon since then.

ROLEPLAYING SAMPLE ' '
Hayden slouched forward on his desk, barely paying attention to what his professor was mumbling at the front of the class. He knew most everything about the course already, but had yet to raise his hand a single time since the class had started. He just slouched there, his chin rested across his arms which were folded over the table, as he admired the black opal ring that he chose to wear on his middle finger today.
The black jewel glinted as it was hit by the afternoon sunlight. It sent out an array of colors that sparkled through the blackness and Hayden couldn't help but be entranced with them, he had some bond with these precious stones, an affinity for them...it was like he had lived his life, or some past life under these stones where they shone brighter than the stars. Hayden shook his head to snap himself back into reality...he hated it whenever he became poetic, even if it was privately in his mind.
"Mr. Underweld...would you please grace us with your presence, both in mind and in body?" suddenly called out his professor. Hayden pulled himself straight up, if however taking his leisure time with it...he could have argued, but that was never his style he chose to be passive, after all "Whatever comes, comes...there's no use chasing after it"
His professor raised an eyebrow, obviously irritated at Hayden being so flippant at his reprimand. "Mr. Underweld, perhaps you could grace us now with the answer to this question. What is the name of this region?" asked the professor as he stabbed his bony finger at a particular pink splotch on the gigantic world map held in front of the class.
Hayden placed his hands behind his head before he answered. "That's Iran, but before it was called Mesopotamia." he answered with a coolness about himself, that just shouted brush-everything away because it's so unimportant. the professor bit his lower lip, obviously not expecting Hayden to answer correctly.
He moved his finger across the map and was about to ask his next question but Hayden answered ahead. "That on the other hand is the River Tiber, and right beside it is the Fertile Crescent, going a little bit south east that would be the Latin states and a little more would be exactly where Rome is...I'd continue on ahead sir, but you might run out of things to teach us next week." he punctuated his sentence with a yawn, and his classmates could barely stifle their giggles.
"Would you want to go to the headmaster's office Mr. Underweld?" threatened the professor. Hayden just shrugged his shoulders, passive as ever...he honestly didn't care. He stood up and walked towards the door, but then stopped as his pale hands curled around the knob.
"One thing sir, what exactly do i tell the headmaster?" he asked. The professor was dumbfounded, he honestly could not answer the question. Could Hayden have told the headmaster that he was sent to the office, because he knew the lesson perfectly...and that he had even read ahead? The professor half opened his mouth to answer, but no sound came out.
Hayden let out a sigh. "Thought so, don't worry sir I'll just tell him i kicked you or something." with that he exited out of the room and began walking down the hallway.
"You know, you have to be more assertive...you always let all these things pass you by." the voice didn't come from any apparent source, at least from anyone except Hayden's point of view. Looking through his eyes a woman visibly floated alongside him...well she was actually a ghost. She was a student at the school a couple of years back, she died because of a car-crash and had chosen to remain in the school ground...realizing Hayden could sense her presence, she had began following him around ever since...much to his irritation.
"Why waste my energy? It's really pointless if you think about it." answered Hayden. He buried his hands deep within his pockets and dragged his feet across the floor, it was a wonder how he never seemed to make a sound when he walked.
"You can't just let people walk all over you! Of all people you! You control the dead, some of that control should carry over to the living!" she was obviously outraged, she couldn't stand how Hayden could just always pretend like nothing had happened.
Hayden stopped in his tracks. "You know what...you're right! I should be more assertive." He turned his head towards her and spoke. "You stop following me around." his voice carried itself with a double timbre, it sounded unnatural as if a chorus of death hung over every syllable, and suddenly the girl-ghost floated on the spot and some force kept her there."
"You bastard!! I didn't mean it like this!" she shouted as she uselessly fought against his will that kept her on the ground.
Hayden flashed her a smile, a rare smile that pulled up only half of his face. He began walking away in that silent shuffling walk.
"You're not even going to the headmaster's office, are you!" called the ghost-girl after him.
"Nope!" Hayden called back, and with that he disappeared around the corner.
