STRIKE A POSE ' '

Physical Appearance:
Medomai is a pretty girl, that much is obvious. She has a nice heart shaped face that when paired with a smile, can look very kind and friendly. Her lips aren't thin, but neither are they big either. Just enough there to be noticed especially when pair with some gloss and lip tint. However, Medomai's best feature is her intense eyes. They are a bluish green color that is almost like jade. Medomai normally outlines them in black eyeliner to bold en them and make them even more noticeable. Her gaze tends to seem almost as if she is staring through or into a person and can often be intimidating. Medomai's second favorite feature is her hair, which she loves to style and dye constantly. Her recent color change was brown to blonde. Medomai prides herself in being able to pull off any color and wear it well.

Medomai relies on her eyes to be intimidating since her body could never pull it off. When standing up straight, Medomai is five feet two inches. She is not only the youngest but the shortest of her sisters. From far away she can manage to pull off a tall look due to her thin waist and her skinny legs. The only curves Medomai managed to pull off with is her chest which is a decent size, but still small compared to some. Medomai does not come across as athletic, but naturally thin with a soft body. This fact, doesn't bother Medomai, she prefers her small body to taller girls. Besides, when she feels she needs to gain a little height, she simply throws on a pair of high heels.

Medomai loves fashion, she can spend all day at a mall. Therefore, she pays attention to how she dresses and presents herself. She tends to dress in darker or bright colors. Never light and pale tones. Medomai has pale skin due to some unknown heritage, but unlike most she embraces her light color and hardly ever tries to tan. Her color emphasize her blonde hair and fair complexion. For many girls, shoes is a passion. Of course Medomai must fit that mold. Whether it's prada high heels or just plain converses they always match her outfit and they are sure to look good on her.

Personality Description:
Medomai’s biggest weakness is her uncertainty of herself. When she was younger she suffered from Body Dysmorphic Disorder. Lucky a therapist helped her through her preteen years to fight the disorder, but even still she is very shy around people. When she was a baby she was also put up for adoption, therefore she is uncertain about anything from her past like her heritage or her family. Medomai tends to avoid topics about family and appearance. She takes a lot of time into how she looks since she believes everyone is looking.

Once you get past her shyness and she begins to open up Medomai can be a really fun person. She loves to shop and will befriend anyone who shares her passion. She can be a bit of a know it all and on good days she can even be vain. Though normally she is constantly questioning her esteem and will nitpick about her own body. Medomai can be a little immature and naive at times and is often criticized for having a girl’s mind. Her temper is a force to be reckoned with. When she gets mad it’s quick and without warning, but she is certainly not quite about it. However once she has her say she is a forgiving person and is always willing to let it go.

Power/Ability:
Prehensile Hair. After she was cursed by the goddess Athena, Medusa's long blonde hair was turned into a mess of slithering snakes. Medomai is able to move her hair at will, though she has yet to figure out any defensive purposes for her power. For now her power is only used for styling really.

History:
Medusa was the youngest of three sisters. She doesn't remember much about her older sisters except they were caring and there throughout the first year of her life. When she was two she was taken away from her mother due to her mother's drug habit. The child protection services tried to keep the sisters together, but Medomai was the first to be adopted since she was so young. The couple couldn't afford all three children so the other two sisters were left in the foster home. Medomai has been adopted by a greek couple who were pretty well off. Her adoptive mother had been unable to have children.

Medomai had never been named by her neglecting mother, so the greek woman named her Medomai since she had had such a hard life. She had learned a lot about Medusa and her plights as a girl and sympathsized with her. Her adoptive father was a doctor who had been transferred to the united states for a special long term case. Unfortunately his ptient passed away soon after the couple adopted Medomai, therefore they had to return to Greece. That was the last time Medomai had any hope of seeing her sisters again.

The girl grew up pretty happy in Greece. She had been a beautiful baby and always doted on. As a young girl she was very vain and very aware of her beauty. However, as if she was being punished by karma, when Medomai was ten she developed Body Dysmorphic Disorder. She spent months inside and out of the view of people, believing she was too ugly for society. Her adoptive father knew a great psychiatrist who was able to help Medomai get over her problem. Medomai returned to school for freshman year of high school, not totally cured, but treated enough that she no longer believed she was ugly.

Of course she had her bad days when she stayed at home, shut out from the world. It was at the end of Freshman year that representatives found Medomai, they had been held up since the adoption records had made it difficult to locate her. At first she had been hesitant about going to the school, but once the representatives told her that her sisters were also reincarnates Medomai agreed to go. She hoped that Pantheon Academy would be able to locate her siblings and allow for some lost time together to be made up. Medomai transferred to Patheon Academy for Sophomore year, leaving behind the only world she had ever known.

Nice! Another Brenda character, as if the first one wasn't enough of a trail blazer!!! Love the application. In fact since i know you won't abuse it...i'm giving you the permission to adapt your power to have different strengths. Meaning at low levels she can paralyze but when in heightened states of stress or anger you can turn them to stone.

One thing though, i would really like you to play up the hair snake thingy, unless you're planning something for your others powers *cough* prehensile hair *cough* But other than that.
