Physical Appearance: Jules doesn't really fit the title of beautiful, gorgeous, or even pretty. She has a much more reserved, maybe even intimidating look that people can't quite put their finger on. The way her facial expression is always either a slight smile or blatantly stoic wall puts off the compliments for the most part. Enough about that, let's get to the details! Jules has a sharp face; shaped like a heart that's been through hard times. Hey eye's match the sharpness well though, they are almond shaped but they tend to always squint due to Jules' ever calculating gaze. Her eyes are almost black, only the slightest hints of brown can be seen when she looks towards the sun. Her hair matches her eyes, pitch black if it weren't for the sun reflecting on it.
Jules is rather tall, at least she's taller than your average freshman. She is pretty much 5'9'', almost hitting 10'' and still growing. This adds on to her intimidating expression. She's in pretty good shape, no 6 pack but a decent tummy and a pair of good old legs along with a slight tan. Her movement is unsuprisingly versatile, Jules is able to jump and dodge anything humanly possible (that's an exageration but she likes to hear it nontheless!). Nice movement but she has a tendency to hunch her back when sitting and sometimes even walking.
Now her fashion sense is mostly dull but you'll find a few suprises in her closet. The usual attire is a nice and white tank top and black skinny jeans with a bit-too-big pair of checkered converse. Other normal clothing includes dull colored turtle necks, more tank tops, cargo pants, losta scarves, and warm jackets. Like I said, she does have surprises from way back home- a place where color was life. Cooky glasses with stars, significant numbers, crazy colors, feathers, and all sorts of other accessories adorn her shelves. To go along with those she also has colorful prints of who knows what on jackets, t-shirts, and even pants. One of her favorite articles of clothing is a pair of rainbow shoes with smiley face on the laces.

Personality Description: You may be thinking 'Oh, Jules is probably gonna have a bland personality filled with moping and sad faces'. You're both correct and incorrect. Jules does seem to have a dark cloud hovering over her head at times but in reality it's a bit more, well, complicated. She being the reincarnation of a water and fertility god, there is a potent mix of negativity and something that people once again can't quite put their finger on. Water can be happy and joyful and it can be sad and cruel, just like fertility can be. Jules is always pondering deep topics, blowing things out of proportion in her own little world without anyone knowing. It's a bad idea to approach her when she's meandering through her thoughts- if you're lucky she'll ignore you but if you're not, she'll look at you and then ignore you. You'll understand if you experience it! Jules may seem a bit too negative but I'm just getting started so let's get to it!
Birth, the word causes fuzzy feeling in many women but Jules shivers at the thought. She is so drawn towards it that it terrifies her, how could she- a reserved and observant onlooker- think of something so radical as birth? Well, one thing about Jules that is quite a nice quality is that she faces her fears. She sometimes volunteers at hospitals just to get familiar with fertility and all that jazz and it has calmed her in some ways. On the other hand, Jules absolutely worships water. The way it feels, smells, and looks enchants her and she turns into a whole new person just by hearing or seeing water. Her eyes light up and a spring in her step forms- no matter how cold she wants to jump right into water! It's like she is lifted back up to life after being near water- even a glass of water at lunch replenishes her mood. If you ever need to chat with her, simply offer a glass of water.
Okay, Jules so far seems like a dark, fearful of odd things, and water loving person. There's a bit more though, bear with me! Although she's all of the things mentioned above, she's a surprisingly protective and loving person. On the rare occasion that she does develop positive feelings for someone- friendship or more, she vows to always be there for them. Even if it is only a budding relationship, she makes sure to take it all in and never let it go. Her form of showing affection is motherly, a strict type of motherly though and that can get annoying sometimes. Jules likes to make sure her friends and lovers are safe and away from harm, restricting them from doing things she thinks is dangerous. When she socializes with people she like she often takes on a warm front and gives little punches on the arm or a ruffle of the hair- little things to show she cares. Lastly, enemies are not a problem since she'll probably never classify anyone as one. She thinks the word is idiotic and simply likes to say "I don't care."

WELCOME TO MY LIFE ' '
Place of Origin: San Francisco
History:
She was born to a single mother; a teenage mother. The father had run off, leaving a couple hundreds in compensation. This was the beginning of Jules' fear of birth, before her attachment to it was known. Her mother, just going into college, was strong-willed and taught Jules to always stick up for herself and worry not of what other say. That was something Jules' mother had to go through and learn herself so Jules thought herself to be lucky. Growing up in San Francisco was easy for Jules, she fit right in with the quirky kids there. She grew up with many friends, all of which had fathers that she took in as her own. Elementary was only the beginning though, it seemed like a long enough process- five whole years... and it was. Jules felt like an eternity passed before she went to middle school. Once she fell into middle school, she was ashamed that she had thought elementary took too long. Middle school was full of evil children who had a knack for teasing Jules' life. Many kids there sat on a high horse and called Jules' mother a whore for being so young in giving birth to her. Jules took the waves of insults, something many children her age couldn't do.
Middle school did not fly by, just like elementary didn't. Insults laid low once she reached seventh grade but they started up every now and then- especially when learning about anything to do with marriage. Seventh grade passed in a dreary and boring year. In eighth grade, time slowed and everyone seemed to just sit back and relax. There was nothing to worry about since they would all be in high school soon. Jules took the time to relax a bit too and talked a little with some of her classmates- she found out that not all of them were horrible. Near the end of the school year, the school hosted many field trips for the eight graders... one was to go out onto a ferry to visit Alcatraz. No one was very excited, it was just a boring old prison after all. Jules wasn't too thrilled either but the thought of a boat excited her. Once they arrived and left the dock, Jules felt the strangest sensation... as if she could simply jump into the water and not get hurt. Her legs urged her to do it, the temptation was incredible. Soon enough Jules went up and over the rail and plopped into the Bay. At first she was frozen in terror and confusion at what she had done but soon a jerky current of water pushed her upward. Jules had wished for that to happen and so it did, this astonished her to the point of tears. Jules continued to test this power, thrusting herself through the water like the ferry had done. She let the water lift her out of the Bay at one point- it was like in the cartoons where someone was pushed up by a geyser.
Jules eventually made it back to shore and took the bus home- people looked at her strangely since she was all wet. When she got back police were at her door asking her mother questions about the teachers and students from her middle school. They saw her coming up the stairs and were astonished she was alive after falling into the ocean. Her logical thinking kicked in and she simply said another boat had caught up with her, having seen her fall. All was settled and eight grade and all worries of it had ended. But... soon another event occured, someone from a high school named Pantheon offered Jules to enroll in their school. It looked like a fair enough place although a tiny bit far away from home... she accepted the offer and realized what she had done in the Bay was not something extraordinary- there were others like her.

ROLEPLAYING SAMPLE ' '
She strode down the sidewalk with a smirk and a shaded gaze. No one could see her eyes... this comforted her to the point it was insane. Maybe she was insane? Nah, Clara could never be insanse, she was simply too awesome. Now wait a second, Clara stopped and the smirk dissapeared and replaced itself with a frown. Insanity was considered pretty awesome to some kids these days. Clara's forwn deepened and she continued to walk onwards, albeit slower and at an angrier pace. Her head bent downwards and her large hat nearly fell off. She stopped it with an angry push of her hand and stomped towards her destination, a clothing store. She barged through the door and looked around the room without taking her sunglasses off. People looked at her, annoyance written all over their faces. Clara scoffed at those faces and swaggered on in, flicking through the clothing on the racks.
She wanted to be cool, hip as the kids say it these days. A thirty somthing year old like herself, single and in charge of a renowned fashion magazine, couldn't afford to look dull. Hip these days seemed to be crazy and funky, flashing whatever you could afford to flash. She stared at a shirt that definantly stood out, she could flash that, oh yes she could definantly flash that. Clara took it out and examined to long dress closely before peeking at other people's reactions. Everyone in the room ignored her. Clara sighed in defeat and scooted on over to the cash register. She dramatically placed the dress down and took out her credit card. With a faux look of uninterest she bought the dress and once outside she pulled it out and placed it on her chest, seeing how it might look on her. Now people looked at her, wondering why she was admiring herself with such a horrendous dress in tow.
