Physical Appearance:

Reggie has your typical waifish modelesque body. Standing at 5’8 she isn't ridiculously tall, still shorter than most guys but she is taller than most girls her age. She has a lean body with not much fat but not really much of else either, although yes she does have a little meat on her and muscle but it’s far from anything amazing. She isn’t as gifted in the ‘junk’ or chest area as some others and although that sometimes (a lot of the time) irks her and brings out the jealousy in her she does have the ability to wear a lot of clothing that she couldn’t wear if she possessed larger assets. Her skin is naturally darker, smooth and unblemished, with no freckles or birth marks that are visible. Her eyes are a dark brown that pretty much tell her emotions, they are underneath dark brown eyebrows that if not kept in check could become her worst feature but they are the part of her that she works on the most. Her hair is a dark chocolate brown that goes down just past her chest and her bangs are cut straight across giving her almost a doll like appearance.

Preferring to dress well you will never catch Reggie not looking her best, even if she’s not going anywhere important or for very long she has to do her hair and makeup. She loves designer clothing, although her look varies from put together and sophisticated to party girl she always wears the latest trends.

Personality Description:
Drama Queen

Not one for taking things quietly, Regina is a huge fan of drama. Causing it, watching it, whatever; it is what she lives for. Plus, for her, it’s fun. Sick huh? Tending to blow things out of proportion, she isn’t afraid to cause a scene where everything is a big deal; and, thinking that she is the queen of the world, everyone must know everything important that happens in her life. She thinks the world revolves around her and that everyone should accommodate to what she wants and her schedule and won’t hesitate to let you know that.

Competitive

Regina is a very competitive individual; she doesn’t like to lose and will do anything not to. If she does lose, she’ll usually get very moody and won’t stop thinking about it until she thinks she’s come up with a sure fire way to win. It’s a quality about her that adds fuel to the fire for her drama and vengeful nature. So a word of caution to those that think it would fun to challenge her. Either let her win and if not run fast and hide out forever.

Bossy

She doesn’t take orders very well because she’s usually the one giving them out. Always having to be in control she doesn’t like to do things for herself and always prefers for others to do things for her. Even if it’s the stupidest most miniscule thing, if she doesn’t want to do it she’ll find someone to do it for her. This trait of hers also comes out when working with a group; she immediately will take control of any situation and start handing out orders and assignments whether you like it or not and always thinks that it’s either her way or the highway.

Vengful/jealous

Regina doesn’t take rejection well; not well at all. She has a very jealous nature, and if she’s not the center of attention that flaw will come into play. It actually comes out a lot on a regular basis, most people that know her are smart enough to know that upstaging her or getting something that she wants is not a good thing. If someone could physically turn green or red with anger and jealousy she would never look normal. With the jealousy it goes hand in hand with her vengeful nature. You do something to piss her off, she won’t hesitate to make your life a living hell. Plotting others’ social demise is one of her favorite pastimes and she puts the energy into it that would help her in others areas of her life. However that doesn’t matter to her, she loves it. That and drama are like heroin to her.

Romantic

Surprising huh? Yes although she may seem like your typical backstabbing, non caring, hormonally charged bitch (which she is 99% of the time) there is the odd time where you could see a softer side to her. Right now, though she likes to play the field and loves getting as much attention from the opposite sex as she can, deep down she does want to get swept off her feet in a big romantic gesture from her significant other. She loves watching the sappy romance scenes of movies and dreaming of her prince charming and always has little fantasies of her prince and her whenever a romantic song comes on the radio.

Independent

Regina is very independent; she doesn’t like having help all that much and doesn’t like to have decisions made for her. In that respect, she’s kind of a control freak because she likes to know what’s going on and usually you have to prove yourself to her before you can earn her respect. She doesn’t like being pushed into things without thinking it through or if she just blatantly doesn’t want to, and will usually give a lot of attitude if forced to do something that she didn’t agree to. Although sometimes she will play the weak damsel in distress card to get the certain male that she has her eye on.

Cares what others think

Although she is confident in herself and it is disgustingly apparent on the outside, there is that little shadow of a doubt always in the back of her mind. Everything she does, she does for the approval and attention from her peers and generally everyone. She cares very deeply of the opinion others have of her and works very hard to maintain her status of shinning star in everyone’s eyes.

Quick thinker/doesn’t give up

Although she might not be the most academically gifted student of all time, Regina still is not an idiot. She doesn’t have the brains to remember all of the math formulas and science facts, but throw her into any situation and she can think on her feet. She can figure out a way to either talk her way out of it and/or just plain get out of it and will stay calm in the process. With that comes her determination; she doesn’t give up on anything that she’s started. She sees this as a sign of weakness and she sees herself as anything but.

Manipulative

Always wanting to get her way, Regina is the great manipulator, getting others to do her dirty work or just plain getting her way is what she usually does. Usually it involves sweet talking someone into thinking that she’s helping them but in reality she’s playing them. Which to most will seem cruel and mean, but to her it is a learning experience for those she manipulates; not to be so naïve into thinking the whole world is sunshine and rainbows.

Temper

This is one thing you don’t want to do. Making Regina angry is a very bad idea. She has a wicked temper on her, and anything can send her off, depending on her mood. So you have to watch what you say or do because you don’t want to unleash her wrath. If you do, run.

Motherly

Along with her love of romance, Regina does, despite contrary belief, have a heart. She's always had this sort of motherly caring part of her that she’s never fully understood. But she can't help herself when she sees someone or something that is in need; she feels sort a tug at her heart towards them. However she usually ignores it, but if she's alone and figuring it'll get back to no one then she does what she can to help.

History:

Regina Vhale, known as Reggie to her friends and family, grew up as an only child in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Her parents, Edwin and Kendra Vhale, were a wealthy couple. Edwin was the CEO of a major joint demolition/construction corporation, while Kendra was a highly successful OBGYN. When Kendra found she was pregnant, Edwin moved his wife and their unborn daughter to the Upper East Side, to a three bedroom, three bathroom apartment. Though born on Staten Island, it was here Reggie grew up, eventually moving from her nursery at the age of six into the much larger spare bedroom. Kendra allowed her daughter to decorate the room herself, and Reggie, who even at the tender age of six had a flare for the dramatic, decided to go with bright, bold colors. Later, of course, she would end up redoing it; in fact, before she was accepted to Pantheon Academy, her room had been redone a total of seven times, the final result a homage to the magnificent peacock, Reggie’s favorite bird since she saw them at the zoo at the age of five.

Growing up, Reggie was treated like a queen, especially by her father. Her mother would tease her playfully about having Edwin wrapped around her little finger, but it was true. Edwin Vhale would have allowed his daughter to get away with murder. Anything his little Reggie wanted, she got, no matter the cost. Luckily, the man was excellent at juggling finances, making it possible for Reggie to have travel. By the time she was thirteen, she’d been to Greece twice, , Spain, and Russia to see the Russian ballet perform the Nutcracker. She was sent to the best private school in New York. She began her education in Rye Country Day School, where she attended until the sixth grade. At that time, she transferred to the Soundview Preparatory School.

School life was different than Reggie’s home life, but not by much. Whereas at home, all she had to do was ask Daddy to give her what she wanted, at school, she had to manipulate, intimidate, and ultimately make her peers fear her. She was good at it, too. Her first year at Ursuline’s, Reggie managed to befriend a shy, little mouse of a girl named Evelyn Mason. Evelyn, or Eevie, for her part, took to Reggie’s bossy, stuck-up attitude like a fish to water; she did everything Reggie asked, consequences be damned.

In her sophomore year, Reggie had her first date with an older boy named Maxwell Tierney. The pair dated three times before Max made his move. Reggie, however, rebuked him, stating she wouldn’t make out with him simply because he said he loved her and claimed she would like it. They broke up, until four days later, when Max showed up at her door with a tiny, baby blue jay. According to Max, it had fallen out of its nest and needed a mother’s care; Reggie was instantly hooked. She immediately forgave Max, took the baby bird from him, and turned her back on the boy to see to the needs of her new charge. It was then that Max shut and locked the door, and persuaded Reggie after twenty minutes to make out with him. When she wouldn't go any further, Max left her alone. She looked down at the baby bird curled up on her bed, and smiled. Despite her initial protests, Reggie was happy.

That was, until the next day, when she caught Max, not only bragging about getting to second base with the Ice Queen, Regina Vhale, but also making out with one of the other girls in Reggie’s grade. Reggie, bitter and pissed, retreated to her room to plot her revenge. While she thought, Eevie came in. Angered at being disturbed, Reggie turned her anger and bitter jealousy on Eevie, who, right in front of Reggie’s eyes, began to transform, as though in slow motion, into a tiny, gray mouse. Reggie scooped up the tiny animal, a smirk of triumph on her face, knowing, if not exactly how, that she had turned Eevie into a mouse, and that she could, with practice, turn her and others into other things.

After a full six hours of practicing on the helpless Eevie, who couldn’t remember anything that had happened, Reggie was finally ready to confront Max. Donning her most provocative outfit, she crept to Max’s room in the boy’s wing of the school and entered. Max, alone, sat up quickly at the look of Reggie, his eyes wide with lust. Reggie allowed him to kiss and nuzzle her for a full ten minutes before she led him outside to the courtyard. Using her feminine wiles, she seduced him into a secluded spot and transfigured him into a pomegranate, her favorite fruit, and took it inside to the tired Eevie, whom she instructed to eat it.

A week later, a mysterious letter from a school called Pantheon Academy arrived for her, indicating that she had been accepted to a very exclusive, very private school come freshmen year. When she arrived, they explained who she was, and what she could do.

How long have you been RPing? A really, really, really long time You’d think I’d get a hobby.
Where/How did you find us? It was actually the perfect plot. You see, I kidnapped this small child who was foolish enough to meander into my territory, and held him hostage. After two days of torturing the boy, in a, sadly, vain attempt to glean the pertinent information from his small mind, by tying him to a chair and rubbing toothpaste and mustard between his fingers and toes, I sent the parents a ransom note, demanding information on the elusive Pantheon Academy. It took them a week, but they finally got back to me when I sent them a horrifying video of their child hanging upside down by his toes.
