Physical Appearance: Jason stands at 6’ exactly. One wouldn’t say he’s muscular exactly, but he is athletic in build, due to an obsession with keeping his body in shape, but not too in shape that he has ugly steroid muscles. He takes very good care of his body, really wanting to make himself desired and beautiful, without an ounce of fat on his body. So far, he’s succeeded, thanks to his ability to figure out how to exactly keep his body so fit. Jason has well-muscled arms and hands that would probably snap a man’s neck him he wanted. He has strong legs for running. If there’s anything feminine about his body, it’s the fact that he man-scapes. He has no problem with waxing his chest and, on occasion, his package.
Jason has relative pale skin, though there is a hint of sun. He often spends his time on boats, so, after one gnarly sunburn, he figured out just how long he needs to be the sun before he’s in danger of burning. It’s really cut down on the cost of sunscreen. His face is pretty pale, but flawless in his skin. He’s also picked up, quite quickly, how to keep up his facial appearance, which foods will help fight acne, which temperatures he needs to be in to make his skin smooth, but not leathery, etc. His ability has come very handy when it comes to his appearance.
Jason’s eyes are a sea-blue. He has bedroom eyes, for sure, and is not afraid to use them. He also has a smirk around his full-kissable lips. He usually has a little scruff around his face, to make himself look rugged, but never has a full beard or a moustache, for fear of looking like Grizzly Adams or some porn star from the 70s. Jason has no problems with shaving, as long as it serves a purpose, otherwise he’s pretty attached to his scruff.
Jason’s hair is naturally brown. It’s a light brown, but still brown. Realizing that he could maximize his personable potential with blondish hair, he’s put himself in the sun just enough that his hair has a Sunkist feel to it. He keeps it pretty short, though not shaved bald, because he’s pretty sure he has a funky head-shape. When it is longer, he likes to spike it. When the moment calls for it, he’s figured out how to make his hair its original darker brown, though it’s his closely guarded secret he won’t tell anyone else. Essentially, he’s figured out how to naturally change his appearance without the use of harmful chemicals.
Jason wears fashionable clothes. He wouldn’t be caught dead in anything that’s even remotely out of style. He’s been known to toss out a pair of brand new shoes just because he bought them too late and they’re now last season. He loves jeans (claiming they’re classic and never go out of style) and leather jackets, though the style of the jacket depends on what’s in at the moment.
Like Derek Zoolander, Jason has certain ‘looks’ and poses he can affect to put a person at ease and thus be more persuasive.
LET'S GET TO KNOW YOU BETTER ' '
Personality Description: If Jason had his absolute choice in women, he’d be in a harem surrounded by Japanese geishas, Arabic belly dancers, African warrior queens, Chinese princesses, Native American chieftain’s daughters and Indian tantric priestesses. He’s never had an attraction to women of his own ethnicity, though he doesn’t mind having them as friends. His mother and father were whiter than white bread, as were a number of his extended family, so he’d always had an attraction to anything that didn’t look remotely like his family. Jason loves anything non-WASP. He loves cultural music, food, foreign lands, and foreign women. In his desire for such things, he can be a tad racist, believing all other cultures superior to the mess he came from.
Jason has always been self-conscious about keeping up with the Jones’s. Since his own family grew up rather poor, Jason took it upon himself to find ways to solve his financial problems and keep up appearances, even if this meant jumping from rich girl to rich girl. While he did have attachments to a select few women, and even adopted a few dogs with them (two with his first girlfriend and three with Zahina), he has issues with commitment because of his fear that the money will run out or suddenly the girl will age and not be the hottie she used to be. Jason also wears the best clothes and immediately throws out the out of style ones. He’ll buy a new car, but when the year is over and that care is updated, he’ll find a way to sell the old one for better than what he paid and immediately buy the update. He’s obsessed with updating. Due to his self-consciousness of appearing poor, he tends to be very shallow and vain. He has no problems looking down on someone ‘below’ him, in order to appear upper class. He’s not, of course, but he doesn’t want anyone else to know that.
Jason loves swimming and sailing. He feels most at home on a speedboat or on a yacht or even in a pool. He can tie and assortment of knots, sail a five man ship totally on his own and home his breath for an amazing amount of time for a human. He enjoys the water and has a need to be close to it, preferably on a boat. Jason also loves people. He likes being around people, figuring out what makes people tick, and seeing how he can abuse that ability in order to help his own cause. He loves complicated problems and has become quite good at solving them, though his vanity can get in the way of thinking logically.
Jason also loves showing off for the girls. However, it leads to him getting into some stupid situations, often ones that said girls have to get him out of. His love of hamming it up was also what lead to his herpetophobia.
He can be very persuasive when he wants too as well, able to see a person’s flaws and manipulate it to his benefit.

Power/Ability: Intuitive-Aptitude- Jason knows stuff. He doesn’t know how he knows it, but he can figure out stuff. He knew how to sail a ship without ever having a lesson. He can solve complicated mathematical equations by quickly reading Mathematics for Dummies. He is incredibly persuasive, being able to find the weak spots in a personality and use them to his advantage. There’s not a problem he can’t solve and, when he physically can’t solve it, he can persuade someone to either help him or do it for him. He can look at a person and see what’s wrong with them and how he can either use them or help them and then use them. To a much smaller degree, he can figure out how a power works and (very weakly) utilize it some way himself (i.e. he sees a fire manipulator work and he can make a spark, but not much more than that). He knows how things work, understands their complexities and can make them work for him, whether it is intellectual, mechanical or personal, though he specializes in the personal and the mechanical.
The mythological Jason had similar abilities. He was human, but he was able to have the foresight to round up a crew to solve every problem they might (and did have), somehow charm his way into Medea’s pants (with Hera’s help), solve Aeetes’ tasks (with Medea’s much needed help), and then proceeded to put into action a plan on how to support he and his sons. Any problem he couldn’t fix himself, he was able to have someone else fix because he was physically unable. The only thing that got him in trouble was that his brain worked too fast and his vanity made him make stupid choices.
Invulnerability- When Jason was with Medea, he was untouchable. Nothing could hurt him. When he was away from Medea, he was painfully mortal and tended to mess up alot. Thus, when Jason is near Maitreyi, he's invulnerable. The farther away he is from her, the more 'vulnerable' he is. It's the same with Regina. As Hera's go-to boy, he was under her protection. So, the closer he is to Regina Vhale, the more invulnerable he is.
Probability Manipulation- He works like a strange attractor, meaning probability shifts around with without him intending to do anything. So that means people sometimes let slip, what they keep secret. Or sometimes, people follow him despite not knowing why. Pretty much he's unusually lucky, and things always seem to go his way even though it wasn't the way he expected. Like let's say he can slip on a banana peel just in time to avoid an energy blast that would have taken out his head, or he could kick his shoes off and just to happen to have it hit the head of an assassin sneaking up behind him.
WELCOME TO MY LIFE ' '
Place of Origin:
History:
Jason didn’t come from a rich family. His father’s father had two brothers and a sister. One of his brothers, Dom, found a way to inherit all the family’s wealth. The sister married a man surnamed Suez and had a son named Oliver. She managed to live a relatively normal life. The other brother, Andrew, married a wealthy wedding planner. He and his wife weren’t so lucky when they took in his wife’s nephew, a boy named Denes. Soon thereafter, the family went crazy and killed themselves. Jason’s father, Jason Sr., was born to an upper middle-class family. The only thing the family had from their inheritance was a yacht called Argonautica.
Jason had a normal life thereafter. However, that all changed in one of the craziest nights of his life.
There was a young man named Alan, who had inherited a letterman jacket of great power. Alright, it wasn’t actually powerful, but whoever possessed it tended to win any football game they played in. It became a coveted item after Alan’s father had won it and passed it on to his son. Now, there was a young woman named Regina Vhale who absolutely hated Alan. She didn’t mind his sister Zahina, though, in fact she liked her, but Alan was scum in her opinion, due to his siding with Maxwell when he started bragging about getting to second base with Regina. Reggie was also friends with Jason, who was two years her senior, but had known her through various family connections.
Despite having a splitting headache that morning, Jason threw a party on the family yacht with a bunch of his friends, Regina among them. Once he saw Regina, it was like something snapped in his mind. Not only could he read her, but he could guestimate what she wanted. He could do the same with others. When he saw his yacht, he instantly knew how to operate it. By himself. Something new happened to Jason’s mind, making the night stranger. Of course, his friends told two friends who told two friends, etc. and soon the huge yacht was crowded with people. Unbeknownst to Jason, Alan was also having a party at a beach nearby.
So began Jason’s day:
6:00-7:30 pm
Ever the drama queen, Regina came sobbing to Jason, saying that she needed help because Alan had wronged her. Jason, seeing her as his sister and willing to do anything for her, asked what happened, and Regina told him about how he was a gossipy bastard and she wanted to get back at him by striking at his superstitious streak. She wanted Jason to go and get Alan’s golden letterman jacket. Jason agreed, rounded up a posse of his closest friends, dropped the extras off at Regina’s beach house, and took off towards Alan’s party.
7:30-8:00 pm
It didn’t take long for Jason and co. to get distracted by a girl’s volleyball team partying just down the beach. The whole crew stopped to flirt, some getting to second base themselves. It took all their willpower to tear themselves away from the girls and continue avenging Regina’s honor.
8:00-8:30 pm
Further down the beach, a group of geeks were getting their butts kicked by three of jocks. Jason, not being too keen on people picking on the little guy due to his own family history, demanded the crew stop. When Jason told the jocks to stop, they looked at him sideways and laughed. That’s when Jason turned to his friend Tiny and, knowing exactly how to play to Tiny’s weaknesses, told him to kick their asses. He did so with much each, being a meathead.
8:30-9:00 pm
While partying with the geeky guys, a bunch of Jason’s crew challenged the guys to a drinking contest. The geeks obviously, lost. The crew accidentally forgets Tiny.
9:00-9:30 pm
The crew headed inland for a moment because everyone was hungry and decided that a quick burger at the local 24 hour diner was in order. Before they could go in, however, one of Alan’s friends saw them first. Being a karate-nut, the guy said that, if he could best any one of Jason’s friends, then they had to leave. Jason, agreed and turned to his friend Patrick. Patrick, a mixed martial arts expert, instantly had his ego to defend due to some careful wording on Jason’s part. Patrick easily took down Alan’s friend. The crew stepped over him and entered the diner.
9:30-10:00 pm
There was a young man, named Finn, who was being nagged by his girlfriend and her friends. Finn, knowing exactly where Alan was having his party, was Jason and co.’s only chance at finding Alan. So, Jason, again playing his friends, this time a set of twins, the sons of an air force vet, to distract Finn’s harpy girlfriend and her friends. While doing so, Finn was able to actually finish his dinner and tell Jason where the party was at.
10:00-10:30 pm
Getting the much needed info, Jason, a little drunk by this time, nearly crashes the yacht into a dock, but managed to dodge it thanks to his ability.
10:30-11:00 pm
Jason and co. find Alan’s party. Alan, who knows exactly who Jason is and that he’s a friend of Regina’s and that he was there to get the jacket (news traveled fast that night), tells him to shove off. However, Alan’s sister Zahina, who’d been harboring a crush on Jason since second grade, told him to take it easy on the guy. Alan, who loves his sister, said that Jason could have it as long as he completed a number of tasks. Jason agreed.
11:00-11:30 pm
First on the list was the mechanical bull at a nearby bar. Alan said that Jason had to hold onto the bull. To make things more interesting, he was going to light a bunch of tiki torches around it as an incentive for Jason to stay on. Jason, knowing exactly how to stay on without burning himself, turned to Zahina as a backup plan. She gave him some of that special jelly that stunt doubles wear when they had to pretend to be on fire. Jason ended up hanging onto the mechanical bull and then some, dismounting in an impressive vault.
11:30-12:00 am
Alan, not at all pleased that Jason had stayed on the mechanical bull, especially after ten shots, Alan said that Jason could have the letterman jacket if he was able to take on some of Alan's football team buds at once. Zahina quickly mentioned to Jason that they weren't very bright and had short tempers. Jason, immediately seeing the solution, slowly crept up behind one of the big guys and chucked an empty beer bottle at him, then hid. The guy, thinking one of his buddies did it, hit the nearest guy with a chair. Soon, there was a full on brawl, with each of the team knocking each other out. Jason emerged without a scratch.
12:00-12:30 am
Alan, pissed, says he can have the jacket if he can get it. Alan was part of a highschool whose mascot was a python. He happened to have said python, named Muscles, and had dressed the snake up in the jacket. Despite wondering why the hell anyone would dress up a snake in prized jacket, but chalking it up to the fact that everyone was wasted, Jason approached the python, hidden in a nearby toilet. The snake was hungry and a tad violent, lashing out at Jason several times before he ran out of the bathroom stall like a scared little girl.
12:30-1:00 am
Zahina, knowing how to tame the snake, calmly walked in and gently stroked the crown of it's head. Since it was very trusting of her, it immediately fell asleep. Jason, seeing his chance, ran in, pulled the jacket off of the snake, and ran back out again. Alan was not pleased in the least. He immediately sent his not unconscious friends after both his sister and Jason.
1:00-1:30 am
Jason and co. ran to the yacht, hopping aboard. However, since Alan and his friends had speedboats, they were rapidly catching up. Unbeknownst to Jason, Zahina had grabbed on of Alan's 'special friends', a drunk kid named Alex. She tossed the kid into the water. Alan and his friends stopped to pick Alex up and Jason and Zahina were free.
1:30-2:00 am
However, the local park and rec crew, alerted to the shenanigans of the evening, caught up to the Argonautica. Threatening to take the whole crew in, Jason saw an out. He noticed that their boat's hull was a tad weak. Mentioning this to Zahina, she chucked an empty bottle of whiskey at the boat, which immediately sprung a leak. The crew was able to escape and the boat was never ID'd.
2:00-2:30 am
On their way back, they passed a ship that was currently filming a new segment of Girls Gone Wild. Knowing full well that the crew would be unable to resist jumping out of the boat in order to reach the floozies, Jason enlisted the friend of his buddy Orlando, a talented singer. Orlando ended up singing to sex-crazed women in the boat, causing them to rethink their lives and realize they should probably go back to school instead of showing off their breasts for money. OK, maybe not quite that, but they were distracted long enough for the ship to go by unharmed.
2:30-3:00 am
Jason returned to Regina's beach house, Letterman jacket in tow. Regina, quite happy, burned it and said she'd help Jason out should he ever need it.
Oddly enough, a week or so later, Regina and Zahina disappeared. When they returned, Jason's uncle Dom had been reported as missing, though Zahina had prepared a lovely organic ground beef hamburger. Jason didn't ask where the meat came from.
Due to the night's activities, Jason and Zahina bonded. A month later, they were dating and even adopted to Labrador puppies. They were happy for awhile, Zahina being everything he wanted in a girl (meaning, she was foreign and exotic). But, Pantheon cut their relationship short. Jason said they should break up, since he didn't do the long distance thing.
On the way to Pantheon, he had an email from a friend that his two puppies had mysteriously fallen from a window and Zahina was no where to be found. He smacked his head pretty hard on the roof of his yacht when he found out.
