Physical Appearance: Adain is a strong young man who works out and has wavy blond hair with crystal blue eyes that can stare into your soul. Well, that's what all of his female students and co-workers have told him. To make a long story short he is what many would call a stud muffin, or to be less tacky a total babe. He is almost always in a good mood and is always seen smiling. He keeps the atmosphere around him positive and light just by walking into a room.

Adain typically dresses in business casual wear to keep a professional persona. He likes to keep things comfortable with what he wears, but also he dresses to impress. He keeps his hair longer just for preference and rarely does much with it, but lets it flow naturally in waves. He has a fairer complexion that glows nicely with his blue eyes. He puts little effort into how he looks, but he always ends up looking amazing.

Adian has his mother's blue eyes that resemble the ocean, his fathers shaggy blond hair, and is notorious for his devilish smile. He likes to keep his facial hair trimmed to a nice five o'clock shadow. Other then that he is in pretty good shape for a guy that doesn't like to get into fights, but he can definitely handle himself in that situation. When he is not smiling, he has a smolder that could melt ice. I wouldn't want to forget to mention that he can almost smolder his way to anything he wants.

Personality Description: Adain is a very laid back kind of guy. He likes to hangout and have a couple of beers with the guys, but as soon as a pretty girl walks through the door his senses go out the window. He typically likes to treat all women the same, he is chivalrous, charming, kind. The kind of guy others hate and women, or even some men, want to date. He doesn't mind very much either way though.

Adain just wants to have a good time. He isn't very into drama, unless he is the cause of it. He can be pretty self centered when it comes to getting what he wants. The plus side is that he is funny, playful, and irresistibly charming. No one can resist his charms, or at least no has yet to.

Adian has a hobby other then art though, and that's starting trouble. If he can get away with a cute little smile and a shrug then it has been a good day. Whether he means to or not, Adain just attracts trouble like flies to honey. Sadly he has a record of three broken bones, four ex-girlfriends, and countless friendships lost do to it. Most of the time it happens to be worth it, but once and a while he really wishes that he could cool it sometimes. Unfortunately, he never learns and goes on causing trouble anyway.

History:
Adain was born to Rachel McGovern and Todd Flynn on a snowy day in the middle of December. His parents were two young college kids at the University of Maine that had met in a coffee shop on their first day of school. Six and a half months later Todd proposed to Rachel and they were married. Wanting to live the dream life they both dropped out of college and moved to the other side of the country. Todd went to work at the local auto mechanic's and Rachel applied to take courses online to finish her college degree.

When Adain was six years old he attended the local elementary school soon becoming the most social and fun-loving kid in his grade. He remained as such until his parents split when he was eight. His father moved back to Maine, remarried and started a new life with a woman that Adain had never gotten the chance to meet. Rachel brought up Adain to be everything that she had said his father was not. He vowed to prove to her that he would make up for the mistakes that his father had made, but things began to change when Adain entered middle school.

When Adain started his first year in middle school he seemed to notice a trend. When ever he passed by someone he liked, whether friend, someone he thought was cute, or even someone he respected, they started to come around him more and more. It had started to get to much when a girl proclaimed loudly in the middle of the hallway that she was tempted to take her own life just to be with him forever. Then all the school psychologists got involved and asked questions about whether she was alright, Adain was alright, and so on and so forth. The truth was it had gotten to be to much.

Rachel took him out of school and home schooled him for the rest of middle school before she heard about the academy. It was offering her son a place to interact with other kids like himself and would give him a caring environment. She took the offer instantly and sent him off the following year. Adain attended the school throughout his remaining years there becoming a graduate and then finally a teacher. His realization that he was Adonis didn't seem very shocking when he discovered, it was just something that happened. He still keeps in touch with his mom, but hasn't heard from his father in years.

CONNECTION TO THE MYTH ' '

To be quite honest, Adonis was an arrogant, promiscuous, player and he liked it that way. Adain is the same way. He isn't afraid to mess up some peoples lives to have a good time. He was a kind of happy home wrecker and I defiantly would say that Adain is the same way.

The myth was that Adonis was a handsome youth who Aphrodite took a liking to, so she brought him to Olympus to be with him. Ares, that is one of Aphrodite's jealous boyfriends, didn't take to kindly to Adonis. One day on a hunt, Ares turned himself into a wild boar and killed the boy. Well, death wasn't so bad since from there, Persephone found and fell in love with the boy keeping him in the underworld for herself. Aphrodite got possessive of her man and demanded Zeus return the boy to her at once. Zeus didn't want a full blow Olympian cat fight so he made the boy immortal and decreed that for half of the year Adonis was Aphrodite's and the other half Persephone's. The two goddesses haven't gotten along ever since. Hades wasn't available for comment.
