Power Choice

Right as some of you know I'm currently writing up Set as a character and while the physical and personality stuff is relatively easy the power choice at the moment is a little fluid.

The two choices I'm wavering with are:

Desert Manipulation - A variation of Environmental Manipulation. Users control the hottest and driest areas on earth and everything within them, from elements to animals.

OR

Earth Manipulation - The power to control, shape and generate earth, including sand, stone, rock, lava, dirt, glass, metal, and other minerals.

So I'd appreciate some help.

No one's got Desert Manipulation. o.o we've got a few Earth manipulators around, but the desert thing sounds neat. Make it something like he can mess with sand specifically?

I definitely approve of Sand Manipulation/Mimicry, and by proxy Desert Manipulation. I think Sand Manipulation is SO NEAT.
