Due to his height, he tends to constantly look down. When he speaks to someone, he looks them dead in the eyes. He walks with a confident swagger, swaying his monstrous arms ever so slightly as he walks. He's a man of few words, but will talk your ear off if you get him drunk or give him time. Still uses military slang, often to the point where those around him don't understand what he's saying at all. For the record, if he's calling you a whiskey tango foxtrot mike, you should probably walk away. November foxtrot is also probably not a good thing. Luthor's color scheme is black, grey, and red. He prefers his jeans to be black, and rarely strays beyond wearing just a black tank top or red shirt. He stll is very partial to the Corps, obviously, and can be caught wearing his various platoon shirts/marine corps shirts. Watch caps are also a thing. His patrol cap is still attached to his body as well. You couldn't get rid of his combat boots if you paid him, either. He's got a collection, though for the most part he sticks with the old school black no-shine boots the Navy wears now days. When in a formal setting, he is very traditional. Black on black, he'll stroll in wearing a typical suit with a simple red tie. He's not exactly a fashion guy.

ability.
"Lentation, which is also known as Bullet-Time, is the psychic ability to perceive time slower than it actually is and in doing so effect one's own body. By doing this, the user is able to control their body's own inertia in an effort to adjust their speed and reflexes. One with this ability could control their inertia to see bullets approaching them in a much slower manner. With the aid of this power, the user is able to react to anything as if they were moving at the same speed. In doing so they could dodge or evade oncoming attacks with relative ease." - Activating Evolution

we'll be dressed in black
Growing up Luthor wasn't exactly fun. His father was a deadbeat dad, completely promiscuous and had absolutely no regard for his wife or his children. He ran off when the young man was just a child, leaving his mother to raise him and his sister all on her own. While going to school, his sister was a nerd, while he was the one pushing people down the stairs. Don't let that fool you though, the number one reason he would end up in fights was because someone called his sister a name in the hall ways... it wasn't that was the protective type, it was that she was his sister, and no one was going to pick on her, period. Kincaid always had to be the best, and he was the guy who threw the dodgeballs in P.E. class. Luthor ended up hating pretty much everyone in his school, even when he had moved onto middle school before his sister had, he still ended up being the bully. He had his first sexual experience at thirteen, which a girl who was sixteen. Though he would tell you that he didn't regret it, the young woman completely used him. This was a trend that would last through his entire life. As far as actual grades were concerned, he did fairly poorly, but his sister helped him get through just barely.
you'll scream my name aloud
High school was a completely mess for Luthor. His ability started really showing at about this time, making it difficult for him to get through his day without feeling really drained. Kincaid really didn't notice what he was doing at the time; he just thought that he was moving faster than everyone else. He joined football and wrestling, and became very good at both very quickly. In football, he'd been a running back and defensive linemen, just depending on the day and whether or not they had enough spots. For someone of his size to be playing running back, everyone they played would start out laughing... and end up crying. Not only would Luthor be able to zip past all his opponents, he'd also make sure they hurt terribly while he did it. Sports weren't the only thing he excelled at, however. His affairs with women began to simply escalate, starting with the girls in his school and moving on to women way too old for him. By the time he was fifteen, he'd lost count of how many people he'd slept with. Luthor couldn't even remember the names. Unfortunately, this was when everything started catching up to him. He'd started an affair with his best friend's mother, who was quite married and quite over forty. Regardless of her age, she was beautiful. She was also bored, lonely, and mistreated by her husband, and completely happy to use and manipulate Luthor in any way she could. They had fun, while it lasted, but were eventually caught by his best friend's little brother, who immediately told the husband. It was an absolute wreck. Luthor lost a lot during this time- his best friend, his affair, and most importantly his dignity. Everyone in his neighborhood knew of what happened; it was impossible for him to escape it. Soon, the teasing happened in the hallways, and Kincaid could only beat so many people up. Looking back on it now, however, his drama seems very silly in comparison to what happened to his sister. She'd been somewhat dating some boy on the swim team, but eventually rejected him for being too forward. He responded by assaulting her. The younger Kincaid lied and kept it from their mother, teachers... everyone but Luthor. She trusted him, and she told him nearly immediately. The young man didn't even think about the consequences, he simply went after this guy. He had intended to merely beat the shit out of him until he went to the police, but by the time he was on his three hundred and fifty sixth kick, it was obvious that the boy was dead. Normal teenagers would be worried about getting caught, but Luthor believed that because the action was just it would be okay. Lucky for him, what had seemed like hours had only been ten minutes, and the only witness there was described him as a "black, red, and white mass of light." It was written off as a gang attack, (teenagers on PCP), and only Luthor knew the truth. The rest of the year was mostly uneventful, with Luthor only graduating high school because he was needed for the football team to win state. When he returned from his last competition that year, (and yes, they did win), he was surprised to come home to his some guy sitting in his living room, yelling at his mother. After demanding that he shut up, and threatening him with violence for not doing so, he realized that the man was in fact his father. Apparently he'd come back simply to ask for money, which Luthor was having none of. They screamed at each other for a few minutes, Kincaid explaining that the man had absolutely no business asking for anything from the family. His father responded by calling him a disrespectful twit and that if he knew anything about what he was talking about, he'd not be so happy to jump to his mother's defense. As he was being thrown out of the house, he was screaming something about how he hated Luthor, and his mother, and that if he'd been there he'd have beaten fear into Luthor years ago. The oldest son, however, couldn't care less.
we won't eat and we won't sleep
By the time he was seventeen, it had been very obvious that Luthor did not have the grades to get into college. That was okay, though, because the alternative that his sister suggested appealed to him much more. The military was the perfect choice for Kincaid and the US Marine Corps even more so. His ASVAB score was not fantastic, (36) but it didn't really matter to Luthor, as he wanted to be infantry more than anything in the world. The USMC was everything that he hoped it would be, and more. While everyone else was complaining about doing drills, Luthor was the one smiling. He developed the nickname "Flash" for his uncanny ability to shoot targets literally faster than anyone else. He loved everything about his life, and felt like he was on top of the world when he was selected for Scout Sniper training. Not very many people were allowed into the MOS, because it took an incredible amount of skill and dedication. Luthor learned how to control every aspect of himself physically, learning how to calm down his nerves and even slowing his heart. The trick to the perfect shot was taking it between heartbeats, something that his ability lended him to naturally. Not everything was perfect, however. While he was in training, he'd made a few good friends. One of his friends, however, wasn't doing so well. The guy was violent, irrational, and just not going to work out. Luthor had become really close to him though, because his teammates had asked him to look after the guy. When it came time to tell him to go, Luthor volunteered to do so. He's spent months telling his friend everything was going to be alright, and that eventually he'd shape up... but it just wasn't going to happen. He felt like it was his responsibility, and because of that, he made sure to tell him. His friend lost his temper, as everyone knew he would, and assaulted Luthor. The Marine could have torn the guy limb from limb, but he felt like he deserved the beating. This was justice, and he wasn't immune to it's wrath either. He recovered quickly and his former friend was dishonorably discharged. It wasn't long after this that his entire unit was shipped out.
drag bodies from the ground
Kincaid couldn't have been more at home when he was shipped to Iraq. Unfortunately though, his rightousness got the better of him while overseas. They were doing a routine engagement, when his unit found itself stuck between two warring tribes. The religious tension was at an all-time high, and after waiting, they received orders to fight on one specific side. Luthor couldn't, or wouldn't, listen. Justice must be done. He knew where the enemy was, who they were, and he wasn't going to let the NCOs tell him any different. He was in charge at the time as a Corporal, and his unit followed him to hell. In the aftermath, he was thrown into the brig for thirteen months for his crime. Most of the people he knew were in absolute shock, but a few of his commanders knew this had been coming. When he was released, he was sent to some random town in Afghanistan to help contribute to a unit there. He had no idea why they didn't just discharge him right then and there for his insubordination. It was an interesting experience, however, because he was completely out of his element. The year in the brig had taken its toll, and Luthor was a lot more wary of his personality than he had been before. Last thing he wanted to do was make another mistake. Whatever reason the brass had for not just kicking his ass to the curb, he wasn't going to make them regret it. The people there were farmers; they had been farming on this land for centuries.... until the Taliban. No matter what they did, the Taliban would not leave them alone to simply exist, not without swearing allegiance to them and giving their sons for war. His new unit was charged with protecting them, but Luthor ended up learning more than he did anything else. The people taught him how to grow anything and everything, which for the first time made him feel like he was contributing rather than destroying. After a few months, the people there seemed like they were finally going to be okay, when the Taliban decided to stage an attack to "prove a point." Luthor, and his unit, were not going to let that happen. Kincaid wasn't in charge of the defense originally, but when his commanding officer was shot, he immediately took the reins. Using his ability, he took out nearly every enemy by himself instructing his fellow soldiers to simply stay back and make sure no civilians were injured. He wasn't going to let anything happen to these people, no matter what. Kincaid ended up receiving several medals for this action, including the Silver Star for bravery. After his name was in the papers back home, this was when he got the attention of Pantheon. Though he was out of school, they approached him on base, explaining to him what he was. After a considerable amount of explanation, Luthor admitted that this would make sense. He'd always just thought he was faster than everyone else, but it being an ability, and him being a God? Though he still couldn't make sense of it, he agreed to do his college term at the Pantheon campus. Conveniently, this was at his four years, and thus he had finished his service. With a full ride, but no job, he also agreed to TA at the high school for a small wage.
